Annual compilation and reconciliation of accounts
Preparation of annual Notice to Reader financial statements
Preparation and filing of T2, T4, and T5 returns (if applicable)
Shareholders’ annual T1 tax returns
Year-end tax planning with management
Correspondence with CRA, banks, and legal counsel
Representation in audits or information requests by CRA or other government agencies
Unlimited support for any business or tax matters

For services outside the subscription or one-off projects:

Clear, upfront pricing provided whenever possible
Flexible, no long-term commitment
Additional work outside your plan may be handled via a Change Order, agreed upon before services are performed

Notes: Monthly payments are processed via Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD). A $50 NSF fee applies if a payment is returned due to insufficient funds. The agreement can be cancelled at any time with 10 days’ written notice. All payments made to date are non-refundable.
